Harhash Transport is the official app of Harhash Transport, a parcel delivery company in Palestine. It is a work tool for the merchants and online stores that ship their parcels through the company, and for the company's own drivers and staff. Accounts are issued by the company to its customers and employees; the app is used only with an account provided by Harhash Transport.
WHAT THE APP DOES
If you are a merchant or store owner:
• Create a new shipment from your phone: recipient name and phone, city and area, parcel description, and the amount to collect from the recipient (cash on delivery). The app generates a shipment number and barcode immediately.
• Follow all your shipments in one list with the status of each: created, picked up by a courier, at the warehouse, out for delivery, delivered, postponed, or returned.
• Open any shipment to see its full movement log with date and time, the driver in charge, their notes, and the reason for a postponement or a return.
• Search for a shipment by number, barcode, recipient name, or phone number.
• See your financial statement: total collected for you, the amount still due to you, what you have already received, and the delivery fee per shipment.
• Request a payout of the money collected for you, follow the request until it is paid, and confirm receipt inside the app.
• Get an instant push notification whenever the status of any shipment changes.
• Message the customer service team directly from the app, by text, voice note, or photo.
• Add staff members to your store with specific permissions so they can manage shipments with you.
If you are a driver or an employee of the company:
• Start your shift in the app and see today's assigned shipments, ordered, with addresses and contact numbers.
• Scan a parcel barcode with the phone camera to pick it up or deliver it instead of typing the number.
• Record the result of every parcel: full or partial delivery, postponement with a reason and a new date, or a return, with an optional photo or recipient signature as proof of delivery.
• Open the delivery address on the map to navigate to it.
• Track your balance: the cash you have collected and still owe, and hand it over to the office through a handover sheet inside the app.
• Receive returned parcels and hand them back to the warehouse with a documented sheet.
The app is completely free, with no ads and no in-app purchases. The interface is in Arabic, and also available in English and Hebrew. Your data is protected by your account and password, and you can delete your account and data from inside the app or from the company website.
