EVERY EXPENSE IN THE SAME LOG • Scan a receipt and Tenths reads the store, date and total on your iPhone. The photo stays with the expense. • It knows the IRS rules: parking, tolls and supplies add to your deduction, business meals count at 50%, and gas and repairs are covered by the mileage rate, so they're never counted twice. • Count just the business share of a phone plan, or add parking right from the drive it belongs to. • An oil change receipt also logs your odometer reading. A LOG THAT SHOWS ITS WORK • Every trip shows how it was recorded — by GPS as you drove, or added by hand and how long after — and when you noted its purpose. • The audit-ready check reads your year the way an auditor would — unsorted drives, missing purposes, odometer readings, overlaps, late entries, missing receipts and meal details — each with its fix. • The tax packet puts your miles and expenses on the Schedule C and Form 4562 lines they belong on, compares your car costs with the standard rate, and includes your receipts, odometer photos and full log. THE RIGHT RATE, EVERY TIME • Applies the IRS standard mileage rate by trip date, including 2026's mid-year change from 72.5¢ to 76¢ a mile. • Medical and charity drives count at their own IRS rates; commutes are tracked apart, as Form 4562 asks. • Set your own rate for employer reimbursement.
