Auto Repair Orders, by Reparo, is your shop's repair order on your phone. Check in the vehicle with photos and your customer's signature, write the estimate, keep their authorization on record and let them know when it's ready. Made for auto and motorcycle repair shops.
CHECK IN A VEHICLE IN A MINUTE
• Express check-in: one screen and a signature, for when there's a line.
• Full check-in: photos of every side with a guided camera, damage marked on a diagram of the vehicle, odometer, fuel level and valuables.
• Take a photo of the plate or the VIN and the app reads it.
• Your customer signs on screen for what they left and the condition it was in.
ESTIMATES AND AUTHORIZATION ON RECORD
• Labor and parts with your hourly rate, your markup and your tax.
• The items you use are saved with their price for next time.
• Your customer signs the estimate on your phone, or you record how and when they said yes: by call, text, email or in person, with a screenshot of the message if you like.
• Found something else? Additional work gets its own authorization.
• If something is corrected after it was signed, the order says so and asks for a new signature.

• Record payments and balances, take exit photos and hand over the vehicle with a signature.

Every month you can check in 5 vehicles for free, with everything: photos, estimate, authorization, messages and warranty. Reparo Pro removes the cap, takes the app's mark off your documents and exports your invoices and customers for QuickBooks. Choose the monthly subscription, the yearly one or a one-time lifetime purchase.
The subscription is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase and renews automatically every month or every year, depending on the one you choose, unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. You can manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Pro lifetime is a single payment and doesn't renew.
