Aubelio brings your actions and observations together so you can keep a record of your daily life. START WITH A PRACTICAL ACTION Try a walk after lunch, for example. Record your intention, then mark it complete when you have actually done it. Revisit your entries and the current-week review. Days without an entry remain unknown. KEEP THE SOURCE OF EACH OBSERVATION Steps, sleep, weight, activity or nutrition: view the observations available from your data and permissions. Choose one source per measure; data from different sources is not added together. ADD DATA YOUR WAY Enter observations manually, import a file in the Aubelio CSV format after preview and confirmation, or allow read access to Health. Aubelio does not change your data in Health or with your providers. Depending on the data available, view observations your apps or devices share with Health, or import a file in the Aubelio CSV format. There is no universal direct connection. RETURN AT YOUR OWN PACE An optional local reminder can invite you back. Its text stays generic, without displaying your actions, notes or Health measurements. YOUR DATA, UNDER YOUR CONTROL No account to create. Your journal and observations are stored locally on your iPhone. You decide whether to export or share them; the copies stay at your chosen destination. You can delete the journal or observations separately without removing copies you have already exported. Aubelio is a personal tracking tool. It does not diagnose or treat conditions and does not calculate a biological age.
