Okta HR is the employee app for the Okta HR platform. It puts your whole workday on your phone, from the morning check-in to your payslip at the end of the month. The app works with an employer account: you sign in with an account your organisation has created for you in Okta HR. ■ Attendance • Check in and out with one tap, with a confirmation before the punch is recorded. • Your location is read only at the moment you punch, to verify you are inside your workplace zone. • See how long you have worked so far today, and your monthly attendance day by day. • Request a correction for a missed punch without a trip to HR. ■ Leave and balances • Every leave balance in front of you: annual, sick and more. • Request leave step by step and attach the required document from your phone. • See exactly who your request is waiting on, and at which step of the approval chain. ■ Requests • Early leave, temporary exit, punch corrections, salary letters and more. • All your requests in one list, with their status and any rejection reason. ■ Approvals (for managers) • Your team's requests at hand: approve or reject with one tap, with full details and attachments. • The decision buttons appear only where you are allowed to decide. ■ My salary • Your monthly net pay and its breakdown: basic, allowances, additions and deductions. • Open the PDF payslip for any closed month. ■ My profile • Your job details, the assets in your custody, your documents and letters. • Announcements and notifications from your organisation as they happen. ■ Privacy first • No ads, no tracking, and no data is ever sold. • Location is read only at check-in or check-out, never in the background. • Salary data is read-only. Arabic-first right-to-left interface with full English support.

What’s new in 1.2.1 • iPhone notifications now work: announcements, approvals and punch reminders arrive on your device, and tapping an announcement opens it. • Turn notifications back on from More → Preferences → Push notifications. • «Remember me» on sign-in: stored securely on your phone, and a wrong password no longer clears what you typed. • Device protection: your account works on your approved phone; a new phone needs your company’s approval first. • Company requests for managers and HR: every request in one place, with search and filters. • Clearer punch correction: pick check-in, check-out or both, and see only the fields you need. • Announcement attachments open in the app: full-screen images and files. • Swipe sideways to go back; attach from the camera, photos or files. • Design refinements and general fixes.
