Per diem rates for 1,508 overseas and non-foreign locations, a JTR/FTR trip calculator and a daily trip log with receipt photos. Works offline. Know your overseas per diem before you travel, and keep a clean record while you are there. Overseas Per Diem looks up the DoD per diem rate for every OCONUS and non-foreign locality (Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and other US territories) and totals your TDY or PCS trip day by day under the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) or the Federal Travel Regulation (FTR).
