Basketball Play Designer: Arc
Basketball Coaching & Plays
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Draw your own basketball plays, explain linked options and prepare practice with the version you want to teach. Keep your work on your device.
Arc helps basketball coaches design their own plays and take the right version into practice on iPhone and iPad.
DRAW AND REPLAY
Place numbered attackers and defenders on a half court. Add cuts, dribbles, passes and screens. Edit movements, Undo or Redo, and replay the steps to explain the sequence.
LINK YOUR OPTIONS
Create linked variants: unchanged steps follow the base play, while edited steps stay independent.
PREPARE PRACTICE
Order plays with minutes and notes. Each practice entry keeps the exact play and variant you selected. Later source edits change that snapshot only when you choose to update it.
KEEP YOUR WORK
Save on your device and create editable JSON backups in the app folder. Deleting the app deletes those local backups. Restoring a backup replaces, rather than merges, the library. No account is required.
INCLUDED EXPERIENCE AND PRO
Save up to 3 own plays, 1 practice and 1 linked variant per play. Pro requires a purchase for additional plays, practices and linked variants within app limits. Choose a one-time purchase or a monthly auto-renewing subscription. Existing work remains accessible after subscription expiry.
Start with an original editable example or a blank court. This is a play-design tool, not a scoreboard or a library of licensed drills.
