CHOOSE YOUR DIRECTION Explore 50 civilization profiles, 77 leader choices and 54 opening agendas. Search profiles, filter by victory focus and save favorites. Start a campaign from an opening agenda or create your own. KEEP YOUR CAMPAIGN MOVING Choose your civilization, leader, speed and difficulty. Add map conditions, milestones, target turns, dependencies and notes. Use the turn desk to track progress and record decisions in your campaign journal. COMPARE DISTRICT SITES Use the district desk to explore Campus and Holy Site adjacency from six editable neighbors. Compare base yields and supported policy effects. Save named site snapshots and notes, then compare candidates without overwriting the layout you are still planning. Plan specialty-district capacity for each city using population, placed districts and supported extra slots. Order a district queue and see the population needed for each reservation. YOUR NOTEBOOK, ON YOUR DEVICE Save multiple campaigns and export individual plans or a full JSON backup through Files. Import campaign copies or deliberately restore a backup. No account, advertising, analytics or tracking. Planning works offline. Empire Notebook does not read live game state or calculate an optimal strategy. Milestone targets are editable plans, and district tools model the rules shown in the app rather than every civilization-specific exception. Leaders, expansions, maps and difficulty can change the best choice. This is an independent, unofficial fan companion, not the Civilization VI game.
