Minutewell turns a meeting, lecture, interview or voice memo into notes you can use. Record on your iPhone, iPad or Mac, or drop in an audio or video file. Transcription, summaries and answers stay on your device.
RECORD OR IMPORT
• Record with the microphone on iPhone, iPad and Mac
• On Mac, capture a call: your mic plus the other side, with no bot in the meeting
• Import voice memos, WhatsApp notes, and audio or video files (m4a, mp3, wav, aac, caf, mp4, mov)
• Keep recording with the screen locked. A Live Activity shows the timer
• Start and stop from the Mac menu bar, or with Shortcuts
TRANSCRIPT, SUMMARY, ANSWERS
• On-device transcription, with a downloadable speech model when a language needs it
• Speaker labels you can rename
• A summary, action items and chapters, with the moment each one came from
• Ask a question about one recording or your whole library. Answers link to the exact second
• Search every transcript from the library
YOURS TO KEEP
• No account and no Minutewell server. Audio stays on this device
• Optional iCloud sync uses your own Apple account
• Export Markdown, PDF, Word and subtitles
• Lock the app with Face ID
• Link a recording to a calendar event, and send action items to Reminders
