See how much disk space is left at a glance, find what is filling your Mac, and free up gigabytes of caches and developer leftovers safely. Storage Island puts your free disk space where you can always see it: a small island at the top of your screen, next to the camera, showing how much room is left and warning you before the disk fills up. Point at the island for a quick summary. Click it to open a complete storage manager: • Overview: what is using your disk, by category, with the largest folders in your home folder and how much can be cleaned. • Browse: every folder with its size. Open, reveal in Finder, move to the Trash with Undo, or delete permanently. • Large Files: every file over 50 MB, sorted by size, with a filter. • Clean Up: caches, logs, Xcode DerivedData and device support files, Flutter, Gradle, npm and CocoaPods caches, and project build folders such as build, .dart_tool, Pods and node_modules. Each item is marked Safe or Re-downloads, so you know what you are removing. • Apps: installed apps by size and last use, with uninstall that also finds their leftover support files. • Disks: every mounted volume with capacity, format and details. Made to be safe: • Moving to the Trash can be undone. Anything that deletes permanently asks first and lists exactly what will be removed. • macOS system folders, your home folder's standard folders and the top level of your Library are protected and can't be deleted. • Everything happens on your Mac. Storage Island has no accounts, no analytics and no network connections. The first time you open it, choose your disk in the window that appears so Storage Island can measure it. For complete totals, including the Trash and other apps' data, you can also give it Full Disk Access in System Settings.
