KampKid: Camping Game for Kids
Learn Real Outdoor Skills
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
KampKid is a camping skills game for kids who are ready to learn what a thoughtful trip leader does.
Choose the mode that fits your child:
- Sprout, ages 5 to 7: picture matching, sorting, short levels, unlimited hints and no stars shown.
- Explorer, ages 8 to 9: the same real-world skills with more challenge, limited hints and stars to earn.
- Ranger, ages 10 to 11: Trip Leader play. Plan a trip, pack to the red line, follow a compass route, respond to a surprise, and see how your choices shape the debrief.
FREE: THE OKEFENOKEE TRAIL
Take all 11 swamp trips through the real Okefenokee Swamp in South Georgia with Tilla the otter, Lance the camper and Wally the alligator. Every trip is free. Nothing to buy, no ads, no subscription.
THE REST OF THE GAME, ONE PURCHASE
A single one-time purchase opens both of the other trails:
- The Camp Trail: eight camps covering packing, shelter, fire safety, water, caring for a clean camp, navigation, weather, wildlife, first aid and the night sky.
- Visit the Okefenokee: 20 more stops at the swamp's East, West and North entrances, each one hosted by a friendly swamp animal.
Camp 1 and the first stop at each entrance are free to try before you buy. There is one purchase in the whole app and it opens everything.
Every word on screen can be heard and sits beside a picture. An original theme song brings the trail to life.
There are no ads, no accounts and no data collection. KampKid works offline.
KampKid uses a parent gate before purchases and external links. Camping, fire, stove, boiling water, first aid and wildlife ideas are for learning with a grown-up. Tilla and Lance keep the tone calm, practical and encouraging.

Ratings & Reviews
The whole Okefenokee Trail is now free: all 11 swamp trips, nothing to buy. One purchase opens the Camp Trail and the three swamp entrances together. Fixes to the unlock screens so every trail says plainly what is free and what is not.
