Day Calendar & Reminders
Your day at a glance
$3.99
Less interface. More overview.
Day shows the calendars you already have on your device. There's no Day account to create, and nothing to move to a new service.
Your calendar, your view
Switch between day, three days, week, month and year, or pinch to move between them. On iPad and Mac the views make use of the larger screen. Calendar colors and time zones help you place every event.
Add events quickly
Type an event as a short sentence or dictate it, and check what Day understood before adding it. On supported devices, Apple Intelligence can pick up extra details; dates and times are recognized without it too.
Reminders in your calendar
Turn on your reminders from the Reminders app: the ones with a date appear in your calendar, and all of them in a list that slides up. Tick them off, let them repeat, skip a day or create new lists. Day sends their notifications itself, at their time and earlier if you like. Mark one urgent and it rings like an alarm, or be reminded when you arrive somewhere.
Planning that keeps up
Drag events to move them, change repeats and set alerts. Search your events, share them as calendar files or open a meeting link. For places Day can find, it shows directions and travel times.
What's next, at a glance
Widgets show what's coming up, today's date and your open reminders on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen. On iPhone there are also Live Activities and Control Center controls, and holding the app icon takes you straight to your next event. The Apple Watch app shows your agenda, and complications put the next event on your watch face. Siri and Shortcuts tell you what's next and add events and reminders.
At home on the Mac too
Use the Mac app with keyboard shortcuts, a menu bar, large calendar views and event popovers. Events sync through the calendar services set up on your devices. Selected app settings can follow you through iCloud if you like.
You decide what Day can access
Day needs access to your calendars to show and edit events, and to your reminders only if you turn them on. Microphone, speech recognition and location are used only for the optional features that need them. Availability and features depend on device, operating system, language and the services you have set up.

- Smoother scrolling when you flick the timeline quickly.
- Pinching to switch views is less sensitive at the top and bottom.
