Paste into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini without leaking API keys, tokens or card numbers. AI Privacy Shield cleans your clipboard locally, right from the menu bar. AI Privacy Shield lives in your menu bar and checks what you copy before you paste it into AI chatbots, tickets, chats or documents. When your clipboard contains API keys, access tokens, JWTs, private keys, credit card numbers or US Social Security numbers, the shield icon warns you. One click copies a cleaned version where each secret is replaced with a clear placeholder such as [REDACTED_AWS_KEY]. The rest of your text stays intact. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • Everything runs on your Mac. Clipboard content is never uploaded, stored or shared. • Works completely offline. No account, no servers, no analytics. • AI Privacy Shield does not use AI. It protects you when you use AI tools, with fast pattern matching on your Mac. • Content marked as concealed by password managers is skipped automatically.
