Blowie: Birthday Cake

Blow out the candles for real

$1.99 · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

Decorate a 3D birthday cake, light the candles and blow them out with your own breath. Then send it to someone you miss, so they can blow out the candles too. Make a birthday cake in a minute, light the candles, then blow them out for real. Blowie feels your breath through the microphone: a gentle puff makes the flames flicker, a big blow puts them all out. Then the confetti flies and Happy Birthday plays. Far from someone on their birthday? Send them the cake as a link. They open it and blow out the same candles on their own phone. DECORATE YOUR CAKE • Round, square or heart shaped, with one, two or three tiers • 10 frosting colors, with pearl or swirl borders • Strawberries, cherries, blueberries, raspberries, flowers, macarons, chocolate, stars and sprinkles, placed wherever you tap • A message on top, up to 30 characters, in 3 fonts and 6 colors • Up to 20 candles, or number candles for the age BLOW OUT THE CANDLES • The flames lean and flicker with your breath • The candles facing you go out first: turn the cake to reach the rest • Make a wish, relight and blow again, as often as you like • Change the blow sensitivity in Settings SEND IT TO SOMEONE • One tap makes a link and an 8-character code • Your friend opens the link, or types the code, and blows out the candles on their phone • Add your name, or leave it off PRIVATE AND FREE • No account, no ads, no in-app purchases • The microphone only listens while the candles are lit. Nothing is recorded, stored or sent • Decorating and blowing work offline. Only sending and opening cakes need the internet
