It is for Emerge staff and the practice teams they support; accounts are created by your Emerge administrator. • Conversations: channels, direct messages, threads, reactions, mentions, rich text, voice clips and file sharing. • Tickets and ideas: follow the customer side and the internal side of every ticket, reply, and get notified when you are assigned. • Audio and video calls: start a call from any conversation, ring colleagues, share your screen, use live captions, and review recordings and transcripts afterwards. • Notifications: instant push notifications with reply and mark-as-read actions, with control over what the lock screen shows. • Search, unreads, saved items and reminders keep nothing from slipping through. • Security: encrypted connections, secure sign-in storage and an optional Face ID/fingerprint app lock.
