PDF Speaker reads your PDFs aloud with natural on-device voices, so you can listen to reports, papers, manuals and e-books anywhere — commuting, cooking, or resting your eyes. LISTEN YOUR WAY • Read the whole document, a chapter from its table of contents, a page range, or start from any sentence • Play, pause, resume exactly where you stopped, rewind by sentence or paragraph, and skip ahead • Adjust speed (0.25× to 2.5×), pitch and voice • Keep listening in the background, with lock-screen and headphone controls • Sleep timer: minutes, end of page, or end of chapter FOLLOW ALONG • Read-along view highlights each sentence and word as it's spoken • Switch to the original page view at any time • Search the document and play from any result SMART READING • Reads just the body text: page numbers, headers, footers, tables, captions, footnotes, citations and references are left out • Choose what to include, per document • Announce page numbers, and add pauses between sentences, paragraphs or pages, if you like KEEP WHAT MATTERS • Bookmark any sentence and resume from it later • Take notes: write your own or quote passages straight from the PDF, then listen from that point again • Your place is saved automatically in every document PREMIUM • The free version holds one PDF at a time; importing a new one replaces it. • A one-time purchase keeps a whole library, each document with its own place, bookmarks and notes, and lets you import several PDFs at once. No subscription. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your documents stay on your device. PDF Speaker has no accounts, no tracking and no ads, and it doesn't collect any data. Note: scanned PDFs without selectable text can't be read aloud yet.
