Photograph an invoice and it's in your controlling dashboard seconds later — supplier, date and amounts read automatically. Works offline, uploads once you're online. OkupAI Controlling turns your iPhone into the fastest way to get paper invoices and receipts into your controlling dashboard. Open the app and the camera is ready. Take a photo — add more pages if the invoice has several — and tap Done. The document is uploaded to your OkupAI Controlling account, analysed automatically, and imported without any typing. You see the progress step by step and, a moment later, the result: supplier, total, invoice date and number. HOW IT WORKS • Sign in once with your OkupAI Controlling dashboard login. The app remembers you. • The camera opens immediately — highest photo quality, pinch to zoom, tap to focus. • One photo per invoice, or add pages to capture multi-page documents as a single PDF. • Upload → AI analysis → Import, shown live just like in the dashboard. • Result at a glance: imported, already imported, or what went wrong. • If a critical detail can't be read, the app asks you to complete it — one short form, then it's imported. WORKS OFFLINE No connection in the basement, in the car, or on site? Keep shooting. Every capture is saved on the device and uploaded automatically as soon as you're online again. BUILT FOR OKUPAI CONTROLLING CUSTOMERS This app requires an OkupAI Controlling account (account owner login). Documents are stored in your own account and appear in the Invoices section of the dashboard, where you can review and edit them any time.
