Open instruction directly from your workout or search the exercise library. KEEP PLANS AND RESULTS SEPARATE View today's and upcoming plans by date. Revisit saved results and earlier plans in workout history. Add manual plans and notes, and import or export your archive as JSON. Duplicate items are skipped; conflicting imports do not overwrite existing records. SEND RESULTS BACK TO YOUR AI Sign in with Apple or Google and approve your AI's access in the app. Your AI can push confirmed plans and read synced results. You record actual training in LeanMuscle. Revoke access or delete your account and data from the app at any time. Local training, exercise instruction, and manual plans work without an account. Cloud sync requires an internet connection, sign-in, and your approval for AI access. Integration support depends on your AI client.
