Keep your FMLA leave count. Compare your records with your employer’s figures, see the calculation behind each result, and plan ahead. Your records stay on your iPhone. Keep your own count of your FMLA leave and compare it with the figures your employer or leave administrator provides. FMLA Mirror helps you organize the information behind your leave balance: your employer’s FMLA year method, your work schedule, designated leave time, and employer statements. Enter your records manually and see how the calculation is made. YOUR LEAVE, IN ONE PLACE • Track used FMLA time and your remaining balance. • Keep separate profiles for different employers. • Record leave time, cases, work schedules, and employer figures. • Use your employer’s FMLA year method, including calendar year, fixed year, forward-looking, or rolling backward periods. CHECK THE NUMBERS • Compare your own calculation with your employer’s count. • See whether the result is a match, a difference, or cannot yet be verified. • Follow the periods, conversions, additions, and deductions behind the result. • Identify missing information with Data Check. • Estimate how planned leave could affect a future balance. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your records are stored locally on your iPhone. No account, advertising, analytics, or developer-operated server. Optional device authentication helps protect access to the app. Create and restore backup files through Files; any destination you choose, such as a cloud storage provider, is under your control. FREE TO START The free version includes leave records, balance calculations, employer comparisons, calculation details, projections, and data checks. One optional, one-time purchase unlocks correction history, discrepancy analysis, resolution tracking, verification history, PDF verification reports, and reminders. No subscription. IMPORTANT SCOPE FMLA Mirror covers federal FMLA under 29 CFR Part 825, with settings for standard employees, airline flight crew, and school employees. It does not cover state leave laws or the separate OPM/Title 5 rules for many federal employees. The app does not determine eligibility, approve or designate leave, provide legal advice, or establish that an employer violated the law. Results depend on the information you enter. Your employer remains responsible for FMLA designation and administration.
