Photohawk: Friends & Family
Your people, in every photo
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Every photo of your people, found and shared: family first, and friends, trips and get-togethers. Faces are found on your phone. Try it free for 7 days.
Every photo of your people, found and shared.
Photohawk finds the people in your photos, so you can find any photo by who is in it or where it was taken, see this day in past years, and share photos with the people in them.
For families first, and for friends, trips and get-togethers.
HOME AND ON THIS DAY
Home puts your family and friends first, with search on top and On this day: photos from this date in past years. It's a Home Screen widget too.
EVERYONE, GROUPED
Photohawk groups the faces in your photos into people, with your consent. Name someone once to find them in every photo, and follow them year by year on their timeline. Say how people are related and they show up in Family or Friends, nothing to manage.
SEARCH FOR PEOPLE AND PLACES
Search by person or place, or both: "Maya and Sam", "Lisbon", "Maya in Lisbon". Say how people are related to you, like Mum or your son, and search for "my brother" or "the kids" too. Photohawk names places without sending anything anywhere.
CHATS WITH THE PEOPLE IN THEM
Chat one to one or in a group chat, family first: messages, photos, captions, reactions and shared albums, all end-to-end encrypted. Send someone the photos they're in, or share automatically: new photos of Maya go to Maya from now on. In trip mode, every photo you take goes to the chat until the trip ends. Of similar shots, only the best is sent. The people you invite chat and receive for free, with nothing on their phone scanned.
SAFEGUARDS
- Only strong matches are sent automatically; close calls wait for you.
- For the first 14 days, you check new photos before they're sent.
- Screenshots, documents and hidden photos are never sent automatically.
- Sent one by mistake? Unsend it within 24 hours.
- Location isn't shared unless you turn it on.
END-TO-END ENCRYPTED
Shared photos are encrypted on your phone. Our servers store only encrypted data: only you and the people you share with can see them.
PRINTS AND PHOTO BOOKS
Prints, framed prints, canvases and photo books, like a book of Maya's year, delivered to your door.
PHOTOS FROM WHATSAPP
Got photos in WhatsApp chats? Share them to "Save to Photohawk" and Photohawk finds the people in them.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
- Scanned on your phone. Faces and people are found on the phone itself, and the face data on your phone isn't in your phone backups.
- Cloud face matching, with your consent. Faces are found on your phone; to group them, Photohawk sends only small face cut-outs (never your photos) to your own private collection in our secure cloud, run by Amazon Web Services. That face data is only yours.
- Delete it any time. "Delete all face data" erases your face data on your phone and in the cloud.
- Photos leave your phone only when you share them or order prints.
- No ads.
