Split the costs of a cabin trip, a shared flat or a holiday – no spreadsheet and no account. Add who paid what, and Delt shows who owes whom and how to settle up with as few payments as possible.
HOW IT WORKS
• Create a group for the trip, the cabin, the flat or the party and add people. People without the app are added by name only.
• Add an expense in seconds with the keypad: amount, who paid and who shares.
• Split equally, by shares, by exact amounts or by percentage. Delt checks that the sum adds up.
• Balances show who gets money back and who owes. Not a penny goes missing – balances always add up, the same on every phone.
• Settle up: Delt suggests the fewest payments ("Per pays Kari 620 kr"). Share the amount as text or open Vipps/MobilePay, and mark it as paid.
SHARE THE GROUP THROUGH ICLOUD
Invite the others with an iCloud link. People with the app add their own expenses and changes sync. Nobody needs an account with us and there are no ads: groups live in your own iCloud, not on our servers. Works offline too – changes are sent when you are back online. Every expense keeps a history, so everyone can see who changed what.
DELT PLUS (ONE-TIME PURCHASE)
• Scan a receipt: amount, date and shop are filled in, and the photo is kept on the expense (the first three scans come without buying)
• Several currencies with an exchange rate you type in yourself
• Recurring costs for a shared flat: rent, electricity and internet are added every month (one recurring cost comes without buying)
• Statistics by category and by person, export to spreadsheet (CSV) and PDF
Groups, expenses, balances, settling up and the balance image can be used without buying – no daily limit.
Delt does not move money and has no bank connection. You pay each other yourselves, for example with Vipps, MobilePay or your bank app.
