Count alternating karate punches with your iPhone camera. Track goals, streaks and titles, save short practice clips, and optionally use Apple Watch. Seiken Log is a camera-based practice counter for alternating karate straight punches. Mount your iPhone directly in front of you and slightly below waist height, tilted gently upward towards your chest and shoulders. On-device pose detection follows the forward and backward movement of your wrists and records each alternating punch. FEATURES • Automatic camera counting for alternating straight punches • Switch between front and rear cameras • A short confirmation sound for every count and a spoken total every 10 punches • Set your own daily punch goal • Calendar history, streaks and lifetime totals • Title collections for punch totals and practice streaks • Automatically save a short clip of about the first four punches from each session • Compare two practice clips side by side • Create a share card with today's count, streak and selected title • Optional Apple Watch assistance when camera tracking is briefly lost • A simple standalone counter on Apple Watch HOW TO START 1. Mount your iPhone 2–3 m directly in front of you and slightly below waist height. Tilt it gently upward and make sure both shoulders and wrists are visible. 2. Extend your left fist and chamber your right fist at your waist. This starting pose is treated as zero. 3. Your next right punch starts the count. 4. End the session to view the result in your practice calendar. PRIVACY Camera pose analysis runs on your device. Practice clips and records are stored locally and are never uploaded automatically by the app. Seiken Log is a practice and record-keeping aid. It does not assess technique, impact force, rank or competitive ability.
