MyHealth turns your Bluetooth blood pressure monitor, scale and other health devices into an automatic health diary. MEASURE — IT'S RECORDED Pair a device once. After that, every measurement is saved on its own, even when MyHealth is in the background or your iPhone is locked. You get a notification with the result. YOUR DATA STAYS ON YOUR IPHONE Everything MyHealth records is stored only on your device. Nothing is uploaded to our servers or shared with anyone — there are no servers, no account, no ads and no tracking. If you turn on Apple Health, your own readings are also saved there, under Apple's privacy protections. WORKS WITH ANY STANDARD BLUETOOTH HEALTH DEVICE MyHealth isn't tied to one brand. It supports every health device that follows the standard Bluetooth health profiles defined by the Bluetooth SIG, whoever makes it: • Blood pressure monitors (Blood Pressure Profile) • Weight and body composition scales (Weight Scale and Body Composition) • Blood glucose meters (Glucose Profile) • Thermometers (Health Thermometer Profile) • Pulse oximeters (Pulse Oximeter Profile) • Heart rate monitors and chest straps (Heart Rate Profile) Devices that use only their maker's own app protocol can't connect. THE WHOLE FAMILY ON ONE IPHONE Add family members as profiles. Readings are matched to the right person automatically — by the user button on a blood pressure monitor, by registered users on multi-user scales, or by recent weight. When MyHealth isn't sure, it asks with one tap. Old readings a device sends at once are grouped so you can assign them together. APPLE HEALTH Your own readings are saved to Apple Health: blood pressure, heart rate, weight, BMI, body fat, blood glucose, body temperature, blood oxygen, heart rate variability, menstrual flow and sexual activity.
