Azaza! The town has gone gloomy, and it needs a cheer!
A dark cloud drained the town's spirit, and its people turned into sad, sulky Gloomies. Join Aza, the little captain of the cheer squad, match tiles to build up her cheer, and bring the color back to the town one Gloomy at a time!
Azaza Match is the match-3 puzzle you know, with a battle and gear to grow. Every match sends Aza's cheer flying at a Gloomy. Bring its HP to zero before your moves run out, and you win!
■ A battle puzzle that pops
• Match 3 tiles of a color to cheer; match 4 or more, or an L or a T, to make a special tile.
• Shooting star, boom drum, wisp and megaphone! Swap two special tiles together for a bigger blast.
• Every Gloomy has a weak color. Match it for 1.5x damage!
• When the gauge is full, tap Aza for her big cheer: three rows at once, and it costs no move.
■ Cheer cards that change every run
• After each wave, pick 1 of 3 cheer cards.
• Ember cheer, twin stars, encore, meteor shower... the cards you pick play the same stage out in a new way.
■ The Cheerling Album
• Every Gloomy you cheer up becomes a card in your album, and the more you collect, the stronger you cheer. The album opens after stage 30.
■ Six pieces of gear to grow
• Cheer stick, drum, headband, uniform, sneakers and badge: six slots of gear that raise your power.
• Upgrade with gold, and merge three matching pieces into the next grade up. Keep merging all the way up to mythic, the sixth and top grade.
• The stage you could not beat yesterday is the one you beat today.
■ Gear chests and keys
• Clear a hard stage for the first time to win a key; beat a boss for the first time to win a golden key. Bonus stages, the weekly box and the Cheer Tower give keys too.
• Open chests with keys to collect new gear. The odds of every grade are shown in the shop, and an epic piece is guaranteed within 30 opens.
■ Colorful towns, hundreds of stages
• Sunny Hill, Vine Woods, Clocktower Town, Rainbow Castle, Paint Village and more: travel from town to town, each with new blockers and new sights.
• Clouds, stone boxes, creeping vines, frozen tiles, turntables, pearl clams, honey pots, sulk clocks, golden apples, color shields, paint pots... one new rule at a time, learned by playing.
• Every chapter ends with a boss battle against the Big Gloom, with the next wave waiting in the shadows behind it.
• In Part 1, King Gloom waits in Rainbow Castle. Cheer him up, bring the rainbow back, and set off for Part 2, The Dawn Star Quest, in Paint Village. The journey goes on!
• Collect 20 stars in every 10 stages to open a bonus stage, where a Treasure Gloomy spills gold with every cheer.
■ A new Cheer Tower every week
• A quick battle on every floor, and the cheer cards you pick stay with you!
• A new tower and a new rule every Monday. Rewards at every milestone, and the week's tower crown at floor 50.
• The tower never costs a life.
■ Daily missions
• Do three missions a day for gems, and earn a stamp when all three are done.
• Five stamps in a week open the weekly box.
■ Quick and satisfying
• A stage takes two or three minutes. Winning never costs a life, and a win streak starts you with a charged gauge.
• Feel every big chain with Nice! Great! Awesome! Fantastic!, with sound and vibration.
• Your progress is saved automatically. No sign-up or login needed.
• Free to play, with optional gem packs. Gear and keys are won only by playing.
