Make creation dates match when your photos and videos were taken. Creation Date Fixer makes your files’ creation dates match when your photos and videos were taken. Downloads and transfers can give files a new creation date, even when the original capture date is still in their metadata. Creation Date Fixer reads that metadata and uses it to correct the file’s creation date. QUICK AND SIMPLE - Drag in your photos and videos, preview their dates, and click to fix them. Process a whole batch together without complicated settings. MADE FOR PHOTOS AND VIDEOS - Supports JPEG, HEIC, PNG, TIFF, compatible RAW formats, MOV, MP4 and more. Format support depends on the metadata available and your version of macOS. Files without a usable capture date are skipped. KEEP YOUR ORIGINAL FILES - Your media stays in place, without re-encoding, renaming or changing its contents. Modification dates are preserved. USEFUL AFTER DOWNLOADS AND TRANSFERS - Correct dates on files downloaded from iCloud.com, copied from external drives or transferred between devices. PRIVATE BY DESIGN - Your photos and videos are processed locally on your Mac. No account is required, and your media is never uploaded.
