Face-It is a game you play with your face: ten games, every run recorded as a clip, and now duels on two phones in the same room. Three games are free for good; the other seven are optional one-time purchases, with no subscription.
Open your mouth to jump, blink to flap, tilt your head to steer. The front camera reads your face while you play, and the game reacts in a fraction of a second. Every run is recorded, so the best part is watching yourself afterwards.
TEN GAMES
- Jaw Jumper (free): an endless runner. Open wide to jump, the wider the higher. Tilt your head to change lane, tuck your chin to slide.
- Flap Face (free): every blink is a wing beat. Thread the gates.
- Stare Down (free): do not blink. The game will try everything to make you.
- Chomp: fruit rains down. Move your head under it and open wide to catch. Shut your mouth for chilli and bombs.
- Rush: a gauntlet of quick challenges. Open wide, don't blink, tilt, duck, eyebrows up, copy a face. Faster and faster until you miss three.
- Face the Music: every face move is a sound. Loop four bars, stack layers, make a track. No score, just play.
- Blink Blaster: tilt to move, blink to shoot. Hold your mouth open for a shield, eyebrows up to drop a bomb.
- Face Beat: notes fly at your face. Tilt, eyebrows, open wide and blink to hit them on the beat; your hits are the music.
- Balloon Blow: blow to fill the balloon. Let go in the green band, before it pops.
- Dodge: things fly at your face. Lean to dodge, chin down to duck.
PLAY TOGETHER
Two phones in the same room, on the same Wi-Fi or one phone's hotspot. One player hosts and shows a four-letter code, the other types it in, and you play the same round side by side. Stare Down duel: first to blink loses. Balloon Blow and Chomp duels: the same balloons or fruit for 45 seconds, highest score wins. Joining is always free and the Stare Down duel is free to host; hosting the other duels needs that game. The phones talk to each other directly: only game moves and the emoji you pick go between them. No video, no face data, no internet server.
FREE, WITH OPTIONAL PURCHASES
Jaw Jumper, Flap Face and Stare Down are free, with no limits. Each of the other seven games gives you one free run every day. Unlock a game for good with a one-time purchase, or unlock everything at once, including games we add later. No subscription. A grown-up's question comes before every purchase, and purchases can be restored and shared through Family Sharing.
ONE OPTIONAL AD
The only ad is a choice: when a good run ends, you can watch one short video to keep going, once per run, or say no thanks; if you have bought anything, you keep going for free and never see an ad. No banners, nothing that interrupts play, and the ad is never in your clip.
SHARE THE CHAOS
Every run becomes a clip: the last moments before you lose, with your face and your voice in it. Watch it, save it, or share it anywhere in one tap. Every clip carries a challenge code: friends enter it and play the exact same run.
PICTURES, NOT INSTRUCTIONS
Every move has its own cartoon face showing what to do, so younger players can follow along without reading. The first run of each game is a short interactive intro: one move at a time, and nothing comes at you until you have done it.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your face is read on your phone and never stored or sent, not to us and not to the ad service. Everything the app creates, clips, scores and settings, stays on your phone and is never shared unless you choose to share a clip yourself. No account, no sign-up, no tracking, and ads are never personalised.
Face-It is for players aged 13 and up; younger children can play with a parent or guardian. Works best in a well-lit room, at arm's length. Glasses are fine.
