Tiho is a mood tracker and self-care journal that helps you understand your emotions and find calm in a few minutes a day. Name what you feel, notice what affects it, and reach for a gentle practice or a calming game when anxiety, stress or worry show up.
Tiho brings together ideas from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), emotional awareness and mindfulness in short, playful steps that are easy to do even on a hard day.

English, Russian and Kazakh. Tiho follows your device language, and you can switch it in settings.

SUBSCRIPTIONS
Optional Premium subscriptions unlock additional content and reports. Plans, localized prices and any eligible free trial are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
