Blooms Admin is the staff app of Blooms in Ribbon, a flower studio in Roseville, California. It is used by the shop's own team; accounts are created by the shop.
For the owner:
• Today's orders, their status and a courier for each delivery
• Order notes and refunds
• The catalogue: show or hide a bouquet, each size's price, stock and photo
• Gifts, reviews (with photos), customers, gift certificates and promo codes
• Sales and marketing at a glance
• The staff list
For florists:
• The day's orders and their status
For couriers:
• Their deliveries in driving order, as a list or on a map
• Directions in Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze
• A photo of the bouquet at the door, then Delivered, and the customer is told
Signing in takes the phone number the shop registered and a code sent by text message.
Ratings & Reviews

• Orders as a calendar: switch between day, week, month and year, with each day's orders and sales.
• Search orders by number, name, phone or email.
• Change an order's status from a list; refunds moved out of the way.
• Receipts for every card payment, on the order and on the customer.
• Bouquet photos shown whole, and each size's photo.
• Back now always works.
• Clearer labels, and a more compact Orders header.
