Six sets a day. A habit you can see.
Build a consistent core workout habit, one set at a time. Pick a move, dial in your reps and watch a segment of your six-pack fill. Finish six sets to complete your day. Come back tomorrow and keep the flame going.
No account to create. No feed to keep up with. Just your sets, your progress and a little encouragement to show up.
TWO TAPS A SET
Choose from eight built-in moves, including Crunch, Sit-up, Leg raise, Bicycle, Russian twist, V-up, Flutter kick and Mountain climber. Add your own moves, adjust the rep ruler and record optional added weight in pounds.
Logged something wrong? Tap a filled segment to change the move, reps or weight. Delete a set and use Undo to put it back. Your past days stay editable, too.
YOUR ROUTINE, YOUR ORDER
Touch and hold a move, then drag it into place. Mix built-in and custom moves, or use Edit order to arrange your list. Your order stays with you across days.
KEEP GOING PAST SIX
Your six-pack stays full while your total keeps growing. See extra sets beneath the pack, then tap to review, edit or delete any entry. Undo puts a removed set back.
WATCH YOUR MONTH FILL IN
See your training in a monthly calendar. Browse past days, follow your streak and explore weekly reps, your most-used moves and lifetime totals. Every set adds to the picture.
KEEP THE FLAME GOING
Optional daily reminders give you a nudge when your six is not finished. Choose a time that suits you, then change it or turn it off whenever you like.
Warm sounds, haptics and ember effects make each set feel satisfying. Sounds respect the silent switch and play alongside your music. Six supports larger text, VoiceOver and Reduce Motion.
SHOW UP. SHARE IT.
Create a progress card for your day, month or streak. Copy it, save it or share it when you want to celebrate the work you put in.
YOUR PROGRESS STAYS WITH YOU
Six runs on iPhone and iPad. Workout history is stored on your device. Six provides no account, workout sync or in-app backup. Deleting the app deletes its local workout history. Restoring an Apple purchase restores access, not deleted workouts.
30 DAYS FREE. ONE PURCHASE TO KEEP GOING.
Start your trial with a free Apple-confirmed purchase. Your 30 days begin on the original trial purchase date, so reinstalling or restoring does not restart the trial.
After the trial, one Lifetime purchase unlocks new logging forever. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic charge. The app shows your local price before purchase. Your existing history remains available to view, edit and delete even without Lifetime.
