NoteZapper: Read Music
Zap notes, play piano songs
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Notezapper turns reading music into a game. Zappy the storm cloud drops
letters and slides notes across the staff. Tap the right note or piano key
and Zappy flies over and ZAPS it! Fill the battery to finish each of the 25
levels and earn up to three stars.
LEARN THE NOTES
• Treble and bass letters: a letter falls, find that note on the staff
• Treble and bass keys: a note slides along the staff, tap its piano key
• Middle C: the notes where the two staffs meet
PLAY SONGS
19 real melodies to play note by note on the piano, from Rain Rain Go
Away and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star to Itsy Bitsy Spider, Jingle Bells,
Oh! Susanna, Brahms' Lullaby and Grieg's Morning, plus three songs in the
bass clef: When the Saints Go Marching In, Old MacDonald and Frère Jacques.
Zappy plays each song first while the piano keys light up, so kids hear
it before they play it. Tap Listen any time to hear a line again.
CHALLENGES
• Both staffs: treble and bass notes, all mixed up
• Speed zap: how many notes can you zap in 60 seconds?
• Practice room: play as long as you like
