Learning a martial arts form from video is hard when the moves fly by — a turn, a palm strike, gone before you see it. FormLoop is built for exactly that: slow it down, loop the part you need, and watch it until you have it.

Mark a start and an end point on the timeline, and FormLoop repeats just that part. Practise one move until it's yours. Save as many named sections per video as you like and jump straight back to any move next time.

Slow the video down to see every shift of hands, feet and weight.

Ordinary slow playback stutters frame by frame. FormLoop fills in the in-between frames, so movements stay fluid and you can see how one move flows into the next. (On supported devices; otherwise the app plays regular slow motion.)
