SignFlow runs a sign and display shop from order to installation in one place. The mobile app is for the team on the shop floor and on site rather than at a desk: follow orders, move them through the workflow, attach photos and complete installations.
HOME
• What is overdue, due today and due this week at a glance
• Work assigned to you, designs waiting for approval and today's installations
ORDERS
• Production, repair, packing and design views; only the ones that apply to your role
• Days-left countdown to the due date, coloured tags and customer details
• Move an order to its next stage, complete department tasks, set a sub-status
• Attach photos from the camera and files (JPEG, PNG, PDF, AI/EPS, CorelDRAW)
• Request materials for an order
INSTALLATIONS
• Daily and weekly installation plan with address and directions
• Complete a job with its installation photo
STOCK AND PURCHASING
• Material stock and materials below their critical level
• See and approve purchase requests
NOTIFICATIONS
• Instant notifications for work assigned to you, approvals and delays
• Bursts of notifications grouped into one summary
SignFlow works with a company account. Your company's administrator creates your account and invites you to the team; you sign in to the app with those details. The workflow, product templates, team, roles and company settings are managed in the web app (app.signflow.me).
