Everything about your rental in one place: what to pay and when, a receipt for every payment, your lease and your share, digital signing and repair requests with photos.
Buildora Nest is the app for renters whose landlord manages the property with Buildora. In Hebrew, Arabic and English.
My payments
• What to pay, how much and by when – and what is already paid
• "I paid": tell your landlord how you paid (transfer, cheque or cash) and attach a photo of the proof
• "I'll pay on…" – pick a date and reminders wait until then
• A PDF receipt for every payment, plus a yearly receipts pack
• A reminder before each due date
My lease
• Dates, amounts, parking and unit details
• Co-tenants: who lives in the apartment and what your share of the rent is
• Sign the lease digitally on your phone
• Ask for a renewal, move-in / move-out protocol with photos, and the final settlement
Repairs & service
• A repair request in seconds: type, description, urgency and photos
• Follow the status until it is closed
Building & documents
• Building committee: announcements, charges and reporting a payment
• Utility bills and meter readings
• Documents from your landlord, and sending documents back
Payment record
• A shareable certificate of your payment history – handy when you look for your next home
The payment itself goes directly to your landlord (bank transfer, cheques, cash) – the app never charges you.
You need an invite from your landlord to sign in: open the link, activate your account and choose a password. Privacy policy: https://app.buildora-app.com/privacy
