Buildora is the resident app for buildings managed with Buildora. Repairs, fee tracking, notices and decisions – in one place, in Hebrew, Arabic or English. ■ REPAIR REQUESTS WITH PHOTOS • Open a request in seconds and attach photos from the camera or gallery • Track the status: received, in review, in progress, done • See who the technician is and when the visit is set, and message management inside the request ■ FEE TRACKING – INFORMATION ONLY • Amount due, open charges and history for each apartment • Let management know about a payment you made outside the app, with a photo of the receipt • No payments are made inside the app – it shows information only • Building fund: balance, expenses with receipts and a yearly report ■ RESIDENT VOTES • Vote for or against from your phone and see results and turnout ■ NOTICES AND BUILDING LIFE • Notices from management – meetings, water shut-offs, cleaning – with push alerts • Building group: neighbor chat with photos and replies, report an offensive message, hide a participant • Building documents and contacts always at hand ■ FOR FAMILY AND THE COMMITTEE • Add family members who use the app for the same apartment • Committee members get the building's monthly report and approve quotes • More than one apartment?
