Çaganyň saglygy is a guide for parents of children from birth to 5 years. It turns the book «Çaganyň saglygy hakynda kitap. Ene-atalar üçin gollanma» (G. Joraýewa, «Ylym», 2026) into a simple app you can open any time, with no internet. No sign-up. No ads. No tracking. Everything you enter about your child stays on your phone. WHAT YOU GET • The right advice for your child's age Add your child's name, birth date and sex, and the app shows what matters now: feeding, sleep, care, safety and when to see a doctor. The guide covers 12 age periods, from the first 28 days to 5 years, and follows your child as they grow. • One clear next step The home screen shows a single card with what to do next: a vaccine that is due, a milestone check or this month's weighing. One big button, no hunting through menus. • Vaccine calendar The calendar is built from your child's birth date. It shows which visits are done, coming up or late, and what each vaccine protects against in plain words. Mark a dose as given on a date, or as not given on the doctor's advice. Reminders come 7 days and 1 day before, and you can change this. • Growth chart Record your child's weight and see it on the WHO growth chart. The app explains the result in calm, simple words, such as "weight is normal", and tells you when it is a good idea to talk to your family doctor. • Milestone checks Once a period, answer one short question at a time about how your child speaks, understands, moves, plays and takes care of themself. It is an observation, not a test. If something is "not yet", the app suggests a game to try, and suggests seeing the doctor if several answers point the same way. • Games for development Short games for every age, 5 to 15 minutes. Most need no toys or materials. Get 3 ideas for today, filter by age, skill, time and materials, and save your favourites. • Danger signs, always one tap away A red button on every screen opens the list of danger signs and what to do. It works offline and is there when you need it fast. • Search Find any topic in seconds. Search works with or without Turkmen letters (ä, ç, ž, ň, ö, ş, ü, ý). The glossary explains medical words simply. • Notes and doctor report Write notes grouped by age period. Before a clinic visit, create a summary of weight, vaccines, milestones and notes, and share it with your family doctor. • Several children Keep a profile for each child and switch between them in one tap. The guide, growth and games change for each child.
