Tollie blocks the apps you pick. To open one, get up and scan a spot you picked: at the gym, at the office, in the park. Can't make it to your spot today? Walk 100 steps. No passcode, no willpower. Pay once, own it.
The key isn't on your phone. That is the whole idea. Changing the clock doesn't work. Deleting the app doesn't work. There is no "Ignore limit" button. The only way past the shield is to stand up.

Every blocked app sits behind a toll booth. Pay the toll and you get a 10-minute pass: scan the spot where you hid your key, or walk a set number of steps. Making a toll easier waits 24 hours. Making it harder is instant. That's the point.
TWO WAYS TO RUN A BOOTH
• Close a window: these apps are shielded on these days, at these hours. Bedtime 23:00–07:00, workday 09:00–17:00, or a phone-free day.
• Set a daily budget: free minutes a day across the apps you pick, then the booth closes until morning. Set it to zero and earn every minute.
A KEY YOU HAVE TO WALK TO
• Photo key: hide your key where it gets you moving. A locker, the gym door, your office desk, a picture on the wall, even your favourite teddy bear; just leave it where it is. Tollie keeps a 3D map of the scene and one photo of the spot, both on your phone, and only the real spot opens the lock. A picture of your spot on another screen is refused.
• Walk key: 100 to 2,000 real steps, counted on your phone. Shaking it doesn't count.
HOLDS WHEN IT MATTERS
• Blocks survive a restart, a force-quit and a clock change.
• Tollie can't be deleted while a block you scheduled is running.
• Phone, Settings and Tollie itself always work, and emergency calls are never affected. Everything else is blocked only if you pick it.
A WAY OUT THAT COSTS SOMETHING
Break Glass lifts every shield for 30 minutes in one tap, once a week, no key needed. If you've named a witness, they get a short note that you broke the glass. They never see your apps or your rules.

Punched. Every day your booths hold earns a punch on your card. A missed day leaves a hole; it never resets the card.
Your witness hears more. Making a rule easier now sends them a short note too: what kind of change and when it applies, never which rule or apps. Switching Tollie off under Screen Time counts as Break Glass even when Tollie was closed.
Fixes. A deleted booth no longer comes back from iCloud, and picking a witness during setup no longer closes setup.
