Stormo is a weather alert app that warns you about heavy rain, thunderstorms, strong wind, snow and ice, fog, extreme heat, frost and extreme cold, and high waves before they arrive, for every city and region you follow. Choose what matters to you, decide how early you want to know, and get a notification hours or even a full day ahead. WEATHER ALERTS BEFORE THE WEATHER ARRIVES Stormo watches the forecast for the next 3 days around the clock. When rain is about to start, when wind gusts get strong or when temperatures drop below freezing, you get a push notification in time to plan your day: take an umbrella, move the car, protect your plants or postpone the boat trip. YOUR OWN RULES FOR EVERY REGION Each region you follow has its own alert settings. Pick the alert types you want and set your own thresholds: heavy rain from 5, 10 or 20 mm/h, wind from 40 to 100 km/h, heat from 30 degrees, cold from 3 down to -10 degrees Celsius and waves from 1.5 m. Choose when to be notified: as soon as it is forecast, 1 day, 6 hours or 2 hours before, and for rain 1, 2, 3 or 6 hours or 1 day before it starts. Following many regions? Apply the same settings to all of them at once. WEATHER ALERTS WITH SOUND Rain, thunder, wind, snow, fog, heat, cold and sea alerts each have their own real-life sound, so you know what is coming before you even look at your phone. ALERT MAP AND 12-HOUR FORECAST See all current and upcoming alerts on the map, together with the next 12 hours of temperature and rain for the city you choose. Open an alert to see when it starts, how long it lasts and how strong it will be.
