Freeplate plans a week of dinners for families where someone can't eat something — gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish, soy, or any food you name. Tell Freeplate what's off the table. It picks up to seven dinners whose ingredients don't contain it, shows you the whole week with photos before you pay anything, and writes the shopping list. CHECKED BY CODE, NOT BY A CHATBOT Every recipe is a fixed list of ingredients. Freeplate checks each ingredient against your list — the 14 EU allergens, a vegetarian or no-pork diet, or any single food. If an ingredient is unknown or "may contain", the recipe is out. No AI guessing, no surprises in the sauce. ONE LIST PER PERSON Add everyone at the table: Mia can't have shellfish, Leo avoids eggs, Dad just dislikes mushrooms. The week fits all of them, and each recipe says who it was checked for.
