Acodax Work
Tasks, time and projects
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Acodax Work keeps your team's tasks, time and projects in your pocket. Start the timer on a task, move work forward and see how the team is doing, from anywhere.
Your day on one screen
Home shows the task you are timing, your plan for today, hours this week against your target, your sprint and your momentum. Switch to the workspace view for the whole team's numbers.
Track time as you work
Start, pause and stop the timer on any task. The clock keeps running on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island with a Live Activity.
Every task in one place
Search and filter your tasks, change status, priority and due dates, comment, and add new tasks in a few taps. Drag cards between columns on the task board.
Projects and sprints
Follow each project's progress, members and tracked time. See sprint goals, time used and what is left.
See the team
Live shows who is on the clock and what they are working on. Team workload shows who is overloaded, busy or available this week.
Reports
Project, time tracker and employee task reports, with filters and PDF export to share.
To-do and notifications
Keep a personal to-do list, and get notified when a task is assigned, changed or commented on.
Everything you see follows your role and permissions in your Acodax workspace. An Acodax Work account from your company is required to sign in.
