Mirket: Posture Coach

Catch tech neck as it happens

Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.

New: Apple Watch app. See your neck angle on your wrist and feel a tap when you slouch. Your AirPods already know where your head is. Mirket turns that into a gentle posture coach. Put in your AirPods and Mirket, a little meerkat in a scarf, leans when your neck does, live. When your head stays forward for a while, a soft chime plays in your ears. Sit back up and Mirket springs up with you. CATCH TECH NECK AS IT HAPPENS • Live head tilt from AirPods head tracking, no extra gadget to wear • A soft cue only when a slouch lasts; quick glances never count • Works with the screen locked, alongside your music and podcasts • Tells looking at your phone apart from leaning over your desk • Notices when your screen sits too low and suggests raising it BUILD THE HABIT • A two-minute neck routine, with every move checked by your AirPods • Movement breaks when you've been still too long • Progress by day and by hour: find your 3 PM dip • A forgiving streak and a score to beat every session EVERYWHERE YOU WORK • Apple Watch: the live angle on your wrist, a tap when you slouch, a start and stop button, and a complication • Mac: a menu bar app for when your AirPods are connected to your Mac • Lock Screen Live Activity, widgets, Control Center and Shortcuts PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account and no servers. Your history stays on your devices and, if you like, syncs through your own iCloud. MIRKET PRO Use Mirket free for 30 minutes of tracking a day. Mirket Pro removes the limit and adds focus sounds, the full progress history and two more posture buddies: Zuri the giraffe and Flo the flamingo. Choose monthly, yearly with a 7-day free trial, or a one-time lifetime purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage them in your Apple Account settings. Works with AirPods Pro, AirPods (3rd generation and later), AirPods Max and Beats with head tracking. Demo mode lets you try Mirket without them. Mirket is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It measures head tilt, not spinal alignment.
