Put everything on a list first. Then plan your day in a few taps: pick from your lists, add a time if you want one, and check things off. No account needed.
Tik8 To-Do is a to do list and daily planner that keeps two things apart: everything you need to do, and what you'll actually do today.
Write tasks down as they come to mind and sort them into lists. When your day starts, pick a few and plan around them. A timeline is there if you want one. If you don't, your day is just a short list.
LISTS FOR EVERYTHING
Make a list for work, home, a trip or a side project, and give each one a color. Anything you add without a list lands in General, so you can write it down now and sort it later. Tasks stay on their list until they're done, even after you plan them. Drag to reorder.
PLAN YOUR DAY FROM YOUR LISTS
Tap Plan and you'll see everything on your lists, anything overdue, and what's set for this week. Check a few and they move to today. The same picker works as a weekly planner: choose what has to get done this week and fit it into the days later.
SWIPE TO PLAN
On any list, swipe a task right to bring it to today, or left to move it to this week. A small label on each task shows when it's planned: Today, Thu, This week.
A TIMELINE WHEN YOU WANT ONE
Give a task a time and it goes onto your day's timeline, with a marker for now. Tasks without a time stay in a simple list under it. The week view shows all seven days, one below the other, with your progress.
WRITE IT THE WAY YOU SAY IT
Type "dentist tomorrow 3pm 30 min" and the app sets the day, the time and the length. Type "gym every Monday" and it repeats. Start with #home and the task goes to your Home list. You see what was understood before you save it, and you can change any part with a tap.
YESTERDAY'S LEFTOVERS, WITHOUT THE GUILT
Unfinished tasks from yesterday wait in a small tray. Bring them to today with one tap, or let them go.
REMINDERS THAT HELP
Get a reminder at the start time or 10 minutes before. Mark the task done or snooze it for 10 minutes right from the notification. You can also turn on a short morning summary of your day.
REPEATING TASKS
Every day, weekdays, certain days of the week, or once a month. Change a single occurrence or the whole series.
