Comrc Merchant lets you run your Comrc online shop from your phone. Sign in with your store account and keep on top of the day's work wherever you are.
- Orders: see new orders, open the details, confirm, mark as shipped with tracking, and cancel when you need to.
- Refunds: refund card and cash orders in full or in part. The app tells you clearly when a refund could not be confirmed, so you never refund twice by accident.
- Catalogue: edit product details and prices, adjust stock, and add, remove and reorder product photos from your photo library.
- Store settings: update your store details and contact information.
- Customers: look up your customers and their orders.
- Reports: check sales and order figures for your store.
You need an existing Comrc store. Create your store at comrc.app. Features you can use depend on your role and permissions in the store.
