DIVERcrm keeps your dive paperwork ready at the dock, even when the signal is gone.
FOR DIVERS • One pass for everything: liability release, medical statement, safe diving practices and your course record, each with its status and who signed it off. • A clear medical answer a shop can read in a second: "Medically fit to dive", "Physician cleared" or what is still missing. • Show any shop in seconds. Scan a QR code, email a secure link, or send the signed PDFs by AirDrop, Messages or Mail. • Your records are saved on your phone, so they open with no signal on the boat, the dock or a remote site. • Keep every certification card in one place: PADI, SSI, TDI, SDI, NAUI and more, each with a photo of the card, so a shop sees who certified you at a glance. • Log dives on the spot. They are saved now and added to your logbook when you are back online. • Accept invitations from your dive shop or instructor, and join courses, right in the app.
FOR INSTRUCTORS AND DIVE SHOPS • One sign-off queue for every form waiting on you, oldest first. • Read the diver's answers and the form PDF, then sign off or send it back with a note. • Review physician clearances and accept or reject them. • Sign off with no signal. Your signature is saved with the time and the version you reviewed, and sent when you reconnect. If the diver changed the form in the meantime, you are asked to review it again, so you never sign something you did not read. • Every action is recorded in the audit trail.
PRIVATE AND SECURE • Records on your phone are encrypted, and the app can lock with Face ID or your passcode. • Signing out removes the records from the phone. • Shops see a diver's paperwork only after the diver accepts their invitation.
HOW IT WORKS DIVERcrm accounts are created by your dive shop or instructor, who send you an invitation by email. Filling in and changing forms is done on the DIVERcrm website; the app is for carrying, showing, sending and signing off your records.
DIVERcrm supports PADI and SSI paperwork. It is a compliance and record-keeping tool and does not replace your agency's training or a physician's judgement.
