Join WeServYou as a service partner. Get verified, take appliance repair jobs, track your earnings in one place and withdraw them to your bank.
WeServYou Partner is the app for appliance repair technicians who work with WeServYou. Register once, get verified, then see your jobs, serve customers and track your earnings, all in one place.
WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Join as a service partner: choose the services you handle and upload your Aadhaar, PAN and a selfie for verification.
- Go online when you are ready to work and see the jobs assigned to you.
- Open each job to see the service, schedule, customer address and notes, then call or chat with the customer.
- Share your live location with the customer while you travel to the job.
- Start the job with the customer's start code, so the customer knows who is at the door.
- Pause a job with a reason if a part has to go to a workshop, and send an extra-charge quote or suggest extra services for the customer to approve before work continues.
- Request payment when the work is finished, then close the job with the customer's completion code.
TRACK YOUR EARNINGS
- See your wallet balance, completed jobs, rating and tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold) on your home screen.
- Check the earning and commission for every job.
- Request a withdrawal to your bank account. Withdrawals are reviewed and paid by the WeServYou team.
STAY IN TOUCH
- Get notifications for new jobs and changes to your bookings.
- Chat with customers inside the app.
YOUR ACCOUNT AND PRIVACY
Your identity documents and bank details are used only for verification and payouts. You can delete your account from Profile, then Delete Account. Read our policies at www.weservyou.in/privacy-policy and www.weservyou.in/terms-and-conditions.
