PermitLogic is a complete CRM for contractors: a full desktop system for the office, and this app for the truck, the job site and the client's kitchen table. One account, everything in sync.
What you get:
- On the web: the whole business. The sales pipeline, estimates and invoices, scheduling, crews and roles, purchasing and vendors, the price book, job costing and budgets, reports, commissions, QuickBooks and Xero, and a client portal your customers use for free.
- On your iPhone and iPad: what you need away from the desk. Today's jobs and the time clock, daily logs and photos, estimates your client signs on the spot, invoices and pay links, tasks, and client messages.
- Together: an estimate written in the office is ready to sign on site. A photo taken on site is in the job file back at the office.
On the job site:
- Today: what's on the calendar, what's overdue, what you're owed, and the time clock
- Jobs: status, schedule, permit, budget, daily logs, photos and files
- Daily logs with photos from the camera, shared with your client when you choose
- Progress photos from the same angle every day, with the last one shown faintly to line up the shot
- Tasks for you and your crew
Selling and getting paid:
- Write estimates on the phone, with lines from your price book
- Your client signs on the screen with a finger or Apple Pencil, and the estimate locks
