Yggvion brings your calendar, tasks, notes and time tracking into one personal workspace. Start locally without an account. Connect your own server when you want to sync devices.
PLAN YOUR DAY
Arrange tasks in the calendar, plan from a backlog and organize work on a Kanban board. Set working hours and adjust plans as your day changes.
KEEP YOUR NOTES CONNECTED
Write Markdown notes with headings, checklists and code blocks. Organize them in folders, link related notes and attach images or files. Connect notes to events so the context stays close to the plan.
UNDERSTAND YOUR TIME
Track time on tasks, compare estimates with actual work and explore your activity statistics. Follow the running timer from the iPhone lock screen with Live Activities.
SYNC ON YOUR TERMS
Your workspace works offline. Optional synchronization uses a VPS you choose and control. Set up the server from the app and connect your other devices with an invitation link or QR code. Private synchronized content is protected with end-to-end encryption.
SHARE AVAILABILITY
Create a temporary calendar link that shows busy time intervals without private event titles or descriptions. A guest can propose a meeting for you to review.
KEEP BACKUPS
Create encrypted backups on your device. With a connected server, configure scheduled backups and an optional additional copy in your own external storage.
No advertising. No developer-operated analytics. No account required for local use.
Optional synchronization requires your own compatible server. External backup services have their own accounts, terms and availability.
