I make beats and record/edit a podcast for someone, so I am always working with WAV files. This app is perfect for converting the podcasts to mp3/m4a to upload, and for making those lossy versions of my beats and CD library to keep in my iCloud music library for showing people & testing in the car. Huge space-saver, since i have a big music collection but limited cellular data. I got the pro version because you can convert things using whatever sample rate you want with mp3s. plus, when my disc drive was broken, i was importing CDs onto my PS3 and then copying them to a flash drive to put on my computer (dark times). My PS3 was saving uncompressed audio as a video format, that this app recognized and converted back to WAV and mp3 with no trouble! I highly recommend this app. Sadly, the metadata DOES usually get erased when you convert things, so pro-audio folks may want to use software that writes metadata. Other than that, well worth the money!

I tried a couple of other apps to do this and it was a terrible experience. I then realized that I already had the Pro version of this APP and I went to town. So easy to use, I converted all sorts of files to MP3's so that I could make music "gifts" to my friends- flash drives- with all the music I had loaded into my computer from CD's or had purchased from ITUNES. This app is fabulous and I plan to use it for all file conversions like this one. Thanks for this! AEHaley

This app is the best of its class. I make beats and generally work many different auid formats. I needed something that could convert my wav files from FL Studio to something high quality in Itunes to later put on my iDevices and whatnot. This app converts eveyrthing quickly and flawlessly. I realy like that you can convert a bunch of files at once or in one go. It really saves times! I could easily reccommend this app to anyone. Glad I bought it. for the price, it's indespinsible.
