Hello Highclass provides us customer with professional drivers, the majority of drivers are nice nd respectful “the 90%”the other 10% are very unprofessional, I’m from the Caribbean nd my parents are immigrants, so being races has nothing to do with what I’m going to say” Africans, GB TV cut cut tiny grass and I don’t have to all go

Overall a direct competitor with Lyft and Uber…more often than not much cheaper too! My only issue is that once you hitThe app the only way to cancel that ride is to call their switchboard and do it over the phone which can be somewhat to use and annoying, especially when you’re trying to maneuver a number of bags, kids, and do in a short period of time. You might as well just skip the app and call for the car. But this doesn’t happen too often. LOVE how you have a cash payment option still too…big plus over the other more popular car service apps…

Overall the service is great, you guys just have to work on your timing. When I schedule a cab to pick me up a 6:30 the drivers will come at 6:19 or 20 and I feel like they are rushing me when they shouldn’t, then when I order a cab at the same time that I’m ready it takes them at least 20 minutes for the app to find me a cab when on the map it shows several cabs are by me.

This cab service sends drivers that drinks on the job . They also requested me to pay up front several times .because of my skin color I don’t recommend this cab service!!!
