As someone who knows very little about the science surrounding loko i'a, I really appreciate this app. Fishponds are such a crucial part of the Kanaka Maoli economy, and the potential for restoration (and destruction prevention) is huge. This easy-to-understand app puts a basic understanding of fishpond ecology into the cognitive reach of anyone who can access it. Awesome!!!
