Added new configurable My Capacity feature, allowing employees to set their Capacity for new referrals, along with a Self-Serve capability to allow employees to search available referrals and either request or assign those referrals to themselves. New features: * When creating a Direct Service, if the Service type is not VISIT or HOUR, then a Units field will be displayed instead of Duration. * When adding a new Direct Service or Indirect Activity, the list of Services will be sorted with the most recently selected Service at the top. * If configured on the server, Self-Scheduling users can now delete appointments created on the server, as well as appointments created on the device. * An eye icon has been added beside password fields. Click on it to see the password entry. Hotfix for issues with sync process. Added a sync event when the app goes into the background, and resolved an issue related to session timeout that prevented the sync process from firing.

The UI of the app has been fully updated. All existing functionality has been maintained using a new bottom navigation tab.

When the Accept Client Edits from Device setting is set to N on the server, the app will no longer display an Edit link on the Client screen.

Client special instructions are now pushed to the device in a more timely manner
